This is an example Local Government Satisfaction survey. This survey includes questions like:

- Have you ever contacted your Mayor's office about a problem or concern you have had?
We hope this will help you create your own Local Government Satisfaction survey. We
have not tested the validitiy or reliability of this survey. However, you may
use this as a starting point to help your own survey instrument. Feel free to
